Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags and labels.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

- Gift cards
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
Return Process

Initiate a Return:

Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Ship Your Return:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
